Women are not meant to journey alone.
They gather together, on mountain trails, in sacred circles, and through rites of passage, I witnessed women remembering their worth. I saw girls stepping into womanhood with reverence instead of shame.
It is about remembering who we are
I saw mothers reclaiming themselves beyond caregiving. I saw older women honoured for their wisdom rather than erased by society. I saw the healing power of sisterhood, nature, ceremony, and shared story.
And slowly,
I stopped asking for permission to take up space in my own life.

Have you spent years feeling like you were surviving, instead of truly living?

From the outside, my life looked full: work, responsibilities, relationships, routines. But inside, I felt disconnected from myself. I had become so focused on being what everyone else needed that I no longer knew who I was beneath the expectations. I felt small in a world that constantly asked women to shrink; to be agreeable, productive, beautiful, nurturing, and endlessly available, all at once.
I was exhausted by the pressure to hold everything together while ignoring the quiet ache inside me. My body carried stress I could not name. My spirit felt restless. I longed for something deeper than self-help books and quick fixes. I wanted belonging. I wanted meaning. I wanted to feel connected to the Earth, to other women, and to myself again.
For a long time, I ignored the call. I told myself I was too busy, too old, not adventurous enough, not spiritual enough, not strong enough. But the more disconnected I became from nature, from community, and from my own intuition, the more anxious and lost I felt. I realized I had spent years living according to timelines and expectations that were never truly mine.
What I craved was not escape, but remembrance.
I wanted spaces where women could gather honestly around the metaphorical fire without competition, shame, or performance. I wanted to understand the cycles within my body instead of fighting against them. I wanted to honor the transitions of womanhood instead of fearing aging, change, or imperfection. I wanted adventure that awakened my spirit instead of numbing it. I wanted to stand beneath the moon, walk through forests, paddle wild rivers, and remember that I belonged to this Earth too.
Through these experiences, I began reconnecting with parts of myself I had abandoned: my courage, intuition, creativity, sensuality, grief, joy, and voice. I discovered that healing did not come from becoming someone new, but from returning to who I already was beneath the noise.

Women’s Sacred Spiral Wellness exists to empower women and girls to reconnect with their innate wisdom, courage, and soul essence through adventure, nature-based experiences, sacred education, and sisterhood. Inspired by the spirit of the divine Feminine, we create transformative spaces that honour the cycles of womanhood, deepen connection to self and Earth, and support women in living with authenticity, sovereignty, and purpose.
Through wilderness journeys, rites of passage, womb wisdom, and community gatherings, we bridge ancient feminine wisdom with modern knowledge to nurture healing, belonging, and personal transformation. Our mission is to guide women of all ages in embracing their life transitions with reverence, cultivating meaningful relationships with themselves and others, and remembering their place within the greater web of life
